WHAT IS HOME SERVICE?
- Ongoing collections of current and future premiums.
- Constant review of client’s insurance needs and
increasing insurance when appropriate. - Ongoing sales to family members and friends.
- Assisting with communications between the policy
holder and the company. Being there for families
when someone within the family passes away. - Being accountable to families when someone dies
and does not have enough insurance to cover
funeral cost.
The relationship lasts as long as the policy is on the books and you are with the company. In Funeral Home markets we serve, Home Service is even a deeper tradition because the above is still true with the addition of being there for the family during the funeral process and working with the families during their grieving process.
WHAT IS SECURITY NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE HOME SERVICE DIVISION?
Security National Life Insurance Home Service Division is a family oriented organization who is caring and committed to serving our clients with integrity and respect. Each Funeral Home, Independent Agent and customer plays a vital part of our mission and that you will help carry out our motto of excellence. The Home Service Division services around 500 funeral homes, over 800 agents and several hundred thousand customers in excess of 300,000.
Currently, the Home Service Division of Security National Life is serving local funeral homes and communities in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri and Arizona and is always looking for better ways to partner and grow the community while helping with insurance and final expense needs.
We offer a wide variety of products that will meet the need of most issues you will face in the field. Our field management team and office staff offers the best service and complete respect possible.
For Funeral Homes:
We offer three marketing plans:
- Level 1: Funeral Home has signed with our company, that we train on products and move at their own pace.
- Level 2: Funeral Home has agents, where we train the staff and agents on products. We work with agents as requested.
- Level 3: Funeral Homes that we partner with for the purpose of recruiting, hiring, training and marketing. Within realms of our partnership we will direct all activities through our regional director program and bring the most benefit to the customer, funeral homes and Security national Life.
- We are committed to developing our independent agents through ongoing training and personal development.
- We provide a lead source of current policy holders that is second to none.
- In addition to our policy holders, we have a variety of other lead sources as well.
